Technical/Functional Skills:
In-depth knowledge of the web development / mobile application industry / IT trends and Business challenges.
Proven selling experience in software sales.
Detailed knowledge on how to prepare responses to RFP’s in the software services area.
Must have experience in selling both small and large deals in the space of IT, Consulting, Programming Services.
Strong executive level relationship building skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Tenacity to stay on course to achieve results.
Strong ability to communicate plans for results with customers and management
Engaging in regular monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly forecast activities
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients is essential
Schedule, facilitate and lead presentations to clients. Identify, contact and inform existing and prospective clients of services available.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing required
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in software related services/products
An aggressive, professional, take-charge stylewith a strong prospecting, “solution” selling and closing skills
Must be able to comprehend and effectively communicate technical needs of clients and competently develop and deliver effective proposals based upon client needs.
Aggressively following up on leads and closing new account business.
Meeting and exceeding revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
Proficiency with, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Force

We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for all things internet marketing, social media, and video games (yes, video games). Candidates will be integral in marketing upcoming projects, writing press releases, promoting our brand, and maintaining an internet presence on various sites. This will be a 2-3 month unpaid position but a full time position may be available upon completion. Hours are determined based on availability. Candidates must be able to work out of our Houston Office.
