Atomicdust is an award winning creative agency. They specialize in creating
logos, brochures and marketing materials for various corporate and private clients.
NetEffects is one such client who provides faster, smarter, better contract staffing solutions and consulting services around the world for a variety of industries including information technology, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and government services.

Atomicdust was in need of a development firm who was going to take over the
NetEffects database project and complete it. Softway Solutions was given the source code that was complete in the front end but none of the content management functionality for the administrator section was complete. Our job was to get the project back on track and complete the functionality requested by the client. Every aspect of their site would be managed by the admin section. This included maintaining Vendors and Employee Information.

Softway Solutions proceeded with a plan to tackle issues such as basic text content management update and took on the resume upload and search feature for the front end towards the end of the project. This project also required two levels of
login; one level with super admin privileges who had the ability to create admin users and the other level with admin privileges. Admin users can log in after successful authentication and manage the front-end of the site, which included among others uploading documents, creating and managing users.

The solution was based on 3-tier architecture, with stored procedures part of the Data Tier.
